Returns & Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction and your pet’s comfort are our priorities. Returns are accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or does not match your order.

Conditions:

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Items should be unused, in original condition, and with intact packaging.
• Returns due to change of mind may be accepted; return shipping costs apply.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
